Two weeks ago, I bought this for my room specifically, since I had tried Proof brand spray since it was natural and not chemicals or poison. It seemed to work, but at the time, my room hadn't had many issues with bedbugs for a while, so I can't say how well it worked (though other family members have tried it and it's killed them on contact). I couldn't tell for sure if my room had any bedbugs or not, since I haven't seen any and bites have been so minimal that I couldn't tell where they might have come from. But I wanted to be sure, so I got both this foaming spray and the regular liquid spray to use in my room.
I sprayed the foaming spray along the baseboards/walls of the room (bedbugs' favorite place to hang out and travel), as well as around some of the furniture. I then used the liquid, regular spray on the carpets and furniture. I actually found a live bedbug in my room and sprayed it with the regular spray, and it died a pretty quick and definitive death.
It's been a couple of weeks, but as my family started to go to war with bedbugs in the rest of the house, I've discovered a bunch of dead bedbugs in various spots around my baseboards. It's clear that they were either there when I sprayed, or were trying to enter/exit my room as they were scattered from the other parts of the house, but their remains show that they died in the process of moving through the room. I haven't seen any live ones at all, just dead ones.
There's a bathroom that connects my bedroom and another bedroom, which I had long suspected had bedbugs hiding in it, perhaps biting my legs as I used the toilet. When I got the two sprays, I sprayed the baseboards and surfaces of that room, too, and over the past week I've been finding plenty of dead bedbugs in there as well. Along the baseboards or further along the floor, I've seen multiple dead ones and no live ones.
Most alarmingly, I found a small one that had tried to climb up my desk and was indeed under my computer. It was dead, though, which meant that it had still come in contact with the poison and couldn't last much longer.
So this stuff definitely does its job. It gets into the baseboards/carpet and doesn't allow them to last very long after coming in contact with it. The situation in my room was pretty safe, but it looks like it almost could have gone terrible, so I was lucky to have preemptively gotten this stuff and sprayed my room with it, killing anything that was there and anything that came afterwards.
