How To Use

Identify Surface RunwaysLook for brown, grassless streaks on a lawn that are created when moles tunnel below. Carefully poke a hole in the top of the surface runway with your index finger. Be sure to not collapse the pile or cover up the hole. Mark the hole with a small stick. Repeat with several runway locations. Wait 48 - 72 hours and then check holes to see if they have been sealed. If they have, they are active and can be baited. Runways that have had holes resealed within 72 hours should be baited. |
Bait Only Active RunwaysPoke a hole 3 to 5 feet on either side of the assessment hole and place one worm bait down each hole. Push the worm as far down as you can. Make sure each worm is sitting on the floor of the runway. Reseal the runway with dirt to keep out any light and pinch hole closed or cover it with a piece of sod or small rock. |
Check for Mole ActivityWait 5 to 7 days, then check for mole activity using the same process in Step 1. If the holes stay open for 48 - 72 hours, the mole has likely traveled the runway and eaten the bait. |
Detection
A clue that you might have a mole problem is your lawn will have raised brown, grassless streaks which are created when moles tunnel below. The other thing to look for are 'mole hills' which are seen above ground and are created when the mole pushes soil and debris to the surface.
Type of Mole Traps and Repellents

|
|
---|---|---|
Mechanical TrapThis non-toxic option provides effective kill without use of baits. It holds the mole for proof of kill. |
RepellentsSpread or spray over the lawn as directed and you’ll discover that when Tomcat moves in – moles move out. |
Baits – Mole KillersMoles eat bait and die underground. |

Works well, better than the newer traps. 40yr old designed traps work much better but these are way easier to deal with. If you have dogs that are interested in digging up anything in the ground please be careful. And keep track of where you put them in the ground!
Fast-Acting (5/5): This product lives up to its promise of killing moles in a single feeding. I was amazed at how quickly it worked to rid my yard of these pests.
Mimics Natural Food (5/5): The design of the worm mimics a mole's natural food source, making it incredibly enticing to these critters. They can't resist it!
Easy to Use (5/5): The application is straightforward. Just place the worms in the mole tunnels and let them work their magic. No mixing, no mess, no hassle.
Effective (5/5): I've tried various mole control methods, but none have been as effective as the Tomcat Mole Killer. It gets the job done without fail.
Value for Money (5/5): Considering the results and the number of worms you get in one package, it's a great value. It's saved me both time and frustration.
In summary, the Tomcat Mole Killer is a mole's worst nightmare and a homeowner's dream come true. It's efficient, easy to use, and delivers on its promise to eliminate moles swiftly. I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're dealing with mole problems, don't hesitate to give this product a try. It's a 5-star solution that truly works like magic!
Look for a tunnel run, the ground will be raised. Use a long screwdriver to poke a hole into the tunnel, you'll feel it 'drop' when you hit the void, then pull it out. Feed in a worm, then close the hole and repeat elsewhere.
Keep using until there's no sign of activity. Takes about a week for me on average.
I hope someone from Tom Cat reads this. We, your customers, need a way to contact you when we get a bad product. Before, I have received some boxes that one or two worms were bad or stuck so it was hard to get them out. This is the first time I got a box that they were all bad and totally unusable.
